BRQ Seafood and Barbeque has entered into a three-year partnership with LSU Athletics as the program’s official caterer. BRQ’s focus on quality, customization, customer service, and details is a perfect complement to the excellence that is demanded and portrayed at Louisiana State University. 

Prior to their new partnership, the chefs and team at BRQ had been working with the LSU athletic department on a smaller basis. BRQ’s performance, execution, and growing relationship with the Tigers have led to a larger role in the program. 

The chefs and staff at BRQ will continue to work closely with LSU’s director of operations, dieticians, nutritionists, and coaches for each team. Every sport, team, and athlete has unique and specific dietary requirements and needs; this is why BRQ will be designing and creating customized menus for each team.

LSU’s athletes and staff won’t be the only ones enjoying the culinary creations from BRQ; all VIP tailgates will be overseen and fulfilled by BRQ Seafood and Barbeque. BRQ will be catering at designated areas inside and out of the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
