The Kickoff Catering Package

The Kickoff package is designed for a party of 8 – 10 people. It includes pulled pork and pulled chicken. You can choose two sides in ½ pan portions of pit beans, mac & cheese, potato salad, or Coleslaw. Every tailgate package features 24 boudin balls with sauce, 24 smoked wings with sauce, BRQ potato chips, BRQ bread and butter pickles, as well as disposables and serving utensils.

BRQ Connection Tailgate Package

For a slightly larger gathering, the BRQ Connection may be the perfect choice. Designed to feed 10 – 12, this three meat package offers pulled pork, pulled chicken, and smoked sliced or chopped brisket. The side options are the same as above, as well as the boudin balls, wings, chips, pickles, and serving ware. 

The Tail Gator Tailgating Catering Package

The Tail Gator steps it up another notch with four meats; baby back ribs, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and smoked sliced or chopped brisket. The sides and extras are the same as mentioned above.

For the Win Tailgating Barbeque Package

Big game? Big crowd? Big appetite? BRQ’s For the Win tailgating package has you covered. Five meats that include baby back ribs, homemade andouille sausage, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and smoked chopped or sliced brisket are all on the menu. 

Add on two ½ pan sides, 24 boudin balls, 24 smoked wings, chips, and pickles; you’ll be set for kickoff and a few overtimes.
